Welcome! All woodworkers, from beginners to professionals, are invited to the Guild of Maine Woodworkers where woodworkers can meet and share their knowledge and skills with each other. Monthly meetings include demonstrations, tool discussions, and guest speakers, as well as the popular “show and tell” where members show off their woodworking projects. Meetings rotate around members’ shops. Maybe you’ll get some ideas for your own shop. If you need help on a project, the Guild is the place to be. See the list of events for the location of the next meeting or contact us. Monthly meetings are held 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 except the final meeting in December which is a business meeting held the second Saturday starting at 10:00 am with lunch served and then a regular woodworking meeting starting at 1 pm. The Guild is looking for new members. If you work with wood and are professional, hobbyist, or just getting started, send an e-mail to either Wes Sunderland at wsunderland@roadrunner.com or Pat Sunderland at sunderla4276@roadrunner.com for detailed information. We look forward to hearing from you!!

NOTE: SUB GROUPS ARE BEING FORMED UNDER THE GUILD OF MAINE WOODWORKERS. If you are interested in anything that has to do with woodworking, go under Sub Groups and there are already 2 sub groups being formed or are already in use. Contact Wes Sunderland at 207-625-7000 if there is a topic not listed and talk to him.
